We have succeeded in the development of a coating that can prevent high-temperature discoloration after TiN treatment.
This is a proposal for a transparent coating that can dramatically improve the heat discoloration temperature after TiN treatment. It maintains the gloss of TiN in an environment of 850°C, enabling use in temperature ranges that were previously unusable with inorganic coating surface treatments.

Production of heat-resistant nameplates (name plates) made from SUS304 base material, capable of continuous use at 800°C and up to 1000°C. Various parts trays that require heating are printed with QR codes and undergo coating treatment, enabling quality and mass production management in high-temperature heating environments.
