This is a DPM processing that can protect QR codes and other alphanumeric characters at a temperature of 1000°C in a high atmospheric temperature range, while simultaneously suppressing the oxidation discoloration of metals.

A transparent heat-resistant coating was applied to SUS304, achieving a heat resistance of 1000°C. This is a photo after verification at 1000°C for 8 hours, using SUS304 2B for laser marking of QR codes. The discoloration of SUS and changes in the oxide film can be confirmed with and without the coating. We have adopted a Keyence laser machine that supports 3D curved surfaces, enabling various printing options for complex curves.
