Production of heat-resistant nameplates (name plates) made from SUS304 base material, capable of continuous use at 800°C and up to 1000°C. Various parts trays that require heating are printed with QR codes and undergo coating treatment, enabling quality and mass production management in high-temperature heating environments. QR code recognition with smartphones has been made possible. By simply applying it before brazing, it prevents metal burning and discoloration, reducing post-process cleaning and buffing steps.
