As a pioneer in magnesium alloy pressing, we contribute to our customers' needs for thin-walled lightweight solutions!
● Magbright Treatment This is a surface treatment technology that utilizes the inherent metallic feel of magnesium alloys (Mg alloys). It allows for high-end decorative finishes while retaining the metallic sensation. ● Chemical Treatment This is a surface treatment that does not retain a metallic feel, making it suitable for concealed painted parts and internal components, and it offers better cost performance than Magbright. ● Sheet Forging Press It enables the processing of three-dimensional shapes with thin walls, which is difficult with die casting. ● Magnesium Lithium Alloy (Mg-Li Alloy) This is the lightest alloy among Mg alloys, and it has successfully achieved mass production of press processing for the first time in the world.

basic information
Regarding the difficult-to-process material Mg alloys, in addition to AZ31, processing of AZ61, AZ91, AM60, LZ91, etc., is also possible. Furthermore, we can also handle high-strength aluminum materials and titanium materials, allowing us to meet customer needs. The Magbright treatment achieves a remarkable metallic luster compared to other surface treatments and is a unique technology of our company. The technologies for Mg alloy pressing and Magbright treatment mentioned above have been recognized, and we were able to receive the Special Award at the 5th Monozukuri Nippon Grand Award.

Applications/Examples of results
We support the production of all products, including exterior parts and mechanical components made of magnesium alloy. We can perform all necessary processing for current pressed products, such as bending, drawing, coining, and barrelling. (Examples include mobile phone housings, notebook PC housings, digital camera housings, and shield cases.)
Company information
Magnesium is the lightest among practical metals and possesses excellent properties such as specific rigidity, making it strong and resilient. Therefore, its application in mobile devices and hybrid vehicles is expected in the future. Regarding the processing of Mg alloys, die casting and thixomolding are the main methods, but there have been challenges with yield rates and post-processing such as filling. To address this, our company has developed a press processing method using rolled materials and has put it into practical use. By utilizing the good surface condition of rolled materials, we have achieved improvements in yield rates and eliminated the need for post-processing compared to current methods. Furthermore, we have developed our unique surface treatment technology (Magbright treatment), successfully maintaining corrosion resistance suitable for practical use. The Magbright treatment can be performed without compromising the inherent metallic luster of Mg alloys, allowing us to supply painted products with an unprecedented metallic sheen. We can also accommodate Mg alloys other than AZ31 (such as AZ61, AZ91, AM60, etc.), and we have successfully achieved mass production processing of Mg-Li alloy, the lightest Mg alloy in the world, significantly contributing to the lightweighting of mobile devices. The above achievements have been recognized, and we were able to receive the Special Award at the 5th Monozukuri Grand Prize.
