The 89 series is a half-pitch low-profile connector with a follow-type single-point contact concept. It is the smallest and lowest-profile type among half-pitch connectors, equipped with a guide mechanism and compatible with SMT (Surface Mount Technology). This product is the SMT-compatible version. By attaching fixing brackets on both sides, it reduces the load on the contacts. The stack height is available in 7mm and 8mm, and there are eight variations in the number of contacts, ranging from 20 to 120 contacts.
