A ring die molding machine that significantly improves durability and maintenance. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ The melting heat required for molding is generated by utilizing the friction heat (self-heating) between the die and rollers, eliminating the need for external heating devices (heaters) required in "screw-type molding machines," resulting in high efficiency. ■ Two rollers installed in the molding chamber crush waste plastic while pushing it into the die hole, allowing for the production of products that can be transported by air (size φ10mm or less). ■ When comparing the production of products of equivalent dimensions, the ring die type has a longer lifespan for consumables and superior running costs. ■ Major consumable parts (die and rollers) can be safely inspected and replaced without entering the machine, simply by fully opening the front cover of the machine.
