■□■Features■□■ ■ The melting heat required for molding utilizes the friction heat (self-heating) of the die and rollers, eliminating the need for external heating devices (heaters) required in "screw-type molding machines," resulting in high efficiency. ■ The two rollers installed in the molding chamber crush waste plastic while pushing it into the die hole, allowing for the production of products that can be transported by air (sizes of φ10mm or less). ■ When comparing the production of products of equivalent dimensions, the ring die type has a longer lifespan for consumables and superior running costs. ■ The main consumable parts (die and rollers) are exposed simply by fully opening the front cover of the machine, allowing for safe inspection and replacement without entering the machine.
