The ACT200 series metal mask cleaning machine achieves an environmentally friendly, low-cost, and space-saving solution through localized sealed cleaning. The ACT series provides uniform and high-quality cleaning for any type of stencil. As for the operational overview: - Only the area to be cleaned (the inside of the stencil frame) is enclosed by a sealed booth from both sides. - Cleaning liquid is sprayed at high pressure using 18 swing nozzles (the number of nozzles varies by type). - High-speed drying is achieved with warm air blow. - Temperature settings are adjustable.

The OKI Nextech cleaning device features… ◆ Adoption of a localized cleaning method ○ Eliminates "peeling of the plate attachment area," significantly extending the lifespan of the plate. ○ Reduces running costs as solvents are consumed only in the necessary minimum areas. ◆ High-pressure shower from the swing nozzle quickly and perfectly washes away dirt from fine details of the plate. ◆ Hot air drying for rapid liquid removal drying. Efficient processing with a tact time of approximately 15 minutes (customizable). ◆ Can accommodate various cleaning areas by exchanging the objective chamber. (The objective chamber can be replaced with a single touch.) ◆ Fully automated from cleaning to drying. ◆ The ACT200 series supports plates up to 1000×1000mm. (We also accommodate other requests.)
