The SC-BM500 series metal mask cleaning machine can clean metal masks for high-density mounting and porous pattern masks like wafer bumps. It comes with a digital timer and can perform cleaning to drying with the push of a button. It supports plate sizes from 320mm square to 1000×740mm and can be set up with one touch. It also has an expansion feature that allows for the connection of a squeegee cleaning machine. A drying mechanism using compressed air is standard equipment.
