basic information
Solve the problems of 'wear, abnormal noise, and oil temperature rise' that occur when pressure, temperature, and speed increase! This oil additive is designed to form a lubricating film on sliding surfaces by blending various molybdenum compounds. ■□■Features■□■ ■Contains fine particles of molybdenum disulfide that excel in heat resistance, pressure resistance, and wear resistance, as well as organic molybdenum compounds that provide immediate wear prevention effects. ■Forms a low-friction lubricating film on sliding surfaces to prevent metal contact, reduce wear, abnormal noise, and oil temperature rise, and extend the intervals between oil changes and the lifespan of machinery. ■Seven different products with varying formulations are available: - Morikon F100, 320, 460: Contains organic molybdenum compounds. - Morikon M100: Contains molybdenum disulfide. - Morikon Super 100: Contains molybdenum disulfide and organic molybdenum compounds. - Morikon: High concentration of molybdenum disulfide, ideal for equipment with large oil volumes such as steel and cement machinery, or areas that dislike viscosity changes in existing oils like refrigeration oils. - Sumiko Gear Special Oil: Contains molybdenum disulfide, effective in preventing damage from pitching and scoring of gears based on high-viscosity oil. ■For more details, please contact us.
