This is a conical bead mill equipped with a dynamic relief function for the separation gap and a powerful stator/rotor cooling system. Due to its full ceramic specification using ceramics with a fivefold heat transfer coefficient, there is no contamination, and temperature control, which was previously difficult, can be performed very easily. Additionally, the piston device allows for adjustment of the bead filling rate during operation. The grinding chamber components and separation gap made of stainless steel and ceramic maximize the machine's lifecycle and minimize maintenance needs. Furthermore, the process data recording system enables complete documentation of the data.
