The pot rotates and bakes perfectly round takoyaki with high-power IH induction.
When current flows through the induction heating coil under the plate, magnetic field lines are generated, and through the action of these magnetic field lines, the iron plate itself is heated. Since IH directly heats the iron plate, there is almost no energy loss, making it highly cost-effective in terms of fuel efficiency (for boiling 20 liters of water under the same conditions: Daihan IH cooker 48.7 yen, time taken 12 minutes; gas flame 86.5 yen, 17 minutes). Furthermore, it does not use dangerous and troublesome open flames, resulting in less air pollution and excess waste heat, allowing heating and cooling systems to operate very efficiently, thereby keeping air conditioning costs low. Additionally, savings can be made on overall initial costs due to lighter duct and air conditioning equipment, as well as ongoing running costs such as water bills (which can be reduced by nearly 40%) due to dry factories. Simple control through an electronic control panel significantly reduces the number of workers needed, achieving a reduction in labor costs.

basic information
Even someone with no experience at all can make perfectly round takoyaki that rivals professionals from that very day. The operation is simple. Just put in the ingredients and batter, press the switch button, and then leave the rest to the machine. There's no need to flip them over. With perfect temperature control using IH (induction heating), you can freely set the timing for cooking, resulting in a crispy outside and juicy inside, making it incredibly delicious. With over 90% thermal efficiency, there is no heat release to the surroundings, so the ambient temperature won't rise. Thanks to this, the working environment is always comfortable!

Company information
A pioneer in designing, manufacturing, and selling stainless steel automatic machines, we were the first in Japan to adopt electromagnetic induction (IH) heating for commercial use. In addition to producing our own egg-related baking machines, we have recently manufactured a variety of safe and highly efficient equipment, including IH heating rotary stirring kettles and griddles. We also undertake the development of IH heating systems. Furthermore, we handle various machines that use electric heaters, and we currently collaborate with major manufacturers overseas to provide technical guidance.
