Vacuum Pad for Thin Steel Plates SABT-C (Bellows Type)
The SABT-C series vacuum pad is a modular type 1.5-stage bellows suction pad. The uniquely developed brake foot (orange part in the photo), cup (blue part in the photo), and fittings can be easily assembled, replaced, and separated, and the screws can be reused. The grooves inside the pad serve as escape routes for oil, allowing it to strongly adhere even to thin steel plates with an oil film. Additionally, the brake foot increases the surface area of the pad that contacts the workpiece, preventing thin workpieces from being pulled in and suppressing deformation during suction. Furthermore, due to the small internal volume of the pad, rapid vacuum attainment is possible. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
