NRK was seeded onto low-adhesion culture dishes from various companies and cultured for 5 days. After the culture was completed, the number of cells attached to the surface of the equipment was measured by absorbance, confirming that our HydroCell most effectively suppressed the proliferation of substrate-dependent cells.
