This is a tape transfer dust removal device that achieves non-contact drive by using a powerful magnet in the main drive unit. It eliminates changes in dust removal force due to weight variations from the beginning to the end of the new tape, allowing for stable dust removal performance. ● Non-contact drive prevents dust generation from gear friction and the insertion and removal of the roll unit. ● By using a direct pressure method with a rubber roll, stable dust removal capability is maintained from the start to the end of the tape. ● The pressure adjustment valve allows for cleaning without entangling thin substrates. ● In addition to standard silicone rolls, antistatic silicone and conductive butyl rolls can also be used for the dust removal rubber roll. ◆ We offer standard types, multi-channel high-performance types, roll-to-roll dedicated models, simple units, and other custom machines upon request. *For more details, please refer to the catalog download.
