This is a small electric furnace using electric heating wires (nichrome, kanthal) designed and manufactured according to your specifications. If you could provide details such as inner diameter and effective length inside the furnace, whether it will be used vertically or horizontally, whether both ends are open or one side is closed, the operating temperature, voltage, number of phases, desired wattage, whether it should be a split-type or integrated type, a rough sketch of your image, and the items to be heated, we will be able to make suggestions accordingly. The inner diameter can be as small as φ0.4, but please consult us for anything smaller. Of course, if you contact us in advance regarding the use of RCF, we will design it according to your requirements.
