The quick response heater is a medium infrared IR heater suitable for resin heating with high responsiveness.
"Proposal for the Replacement Modification from Ceramic Heater to Quick Response Heater" ◆ The ceramic heater remains ignited during mold changes and breaks. The highly responsive quick response heater allows the heater power to be turned off during mold changes and breaks, resulting in significant reductions in electricity costs. ◆ By replacing the currently used ceramic heater with a quick response heater system, the heating cycle is shortened, leading to increased productivity. ◆ There are proven results of replacement modifications both domestically and internationally, and their effectiveness is highly regarded.

basic information
The quick response heater is a medium infrared radiation heater (medium infrared IR heater) developed in-house for optimal heating of thermoplastic sheets in pressure and vacuum forming machines. When combined with the dedicated control system developed simultaneously, it maximizes its capabilities. ● High response - Approximately 60 times more responsive than ceramic heaters - Short idling time, energy-saving ● Feedback of the surface temperature of the heating target to heater control - Temperature correction control to maintain a constant and stable surface temperature of the target object - Heat retention control to prevent overheating of the target object's surface and quickly heat it internally ● Output adjustment for each heater, controlling the temperature distribution of the heater - Uniform heating of the target object - Creating intentional temperature distribution in the target object

As a pioneer in vacuum forming machines, Asano Research Institute has been committed to developing, designing, and manufacturing equipment that enhances operability, produces better molded products, and improves productivity while reducing production costs, all from the customer's perspective. In the Planning and Development Department, we have permanently installed test forming machines (one for cut sheets and one for roll sheets) to assist customers with the development of new items and products, as well as problem-solving. We support the entire process from test mold design and manufacturing to sample molding, and subsequently to the development, design, and manufacturing of production machines (including production mold design and fabrication). In the Service Department, we also carry out modifications to replace the ceramic heaters of forming machines with our company's quick response heaters, helping to reduce electricity costs and increase productivity.
