● Switchable between series equivalent circuit and parallel equivalent circuit ● Constant voltage signal measurement possible with high-speed ALC circuit (1V: up to 120μF / 0.5: up to 199.9μF, up to 1200μF) ● Intermittent application of measurement current to reduce friction of probe contacts (20μF/120μF/200μF/1.2mF range) ● Selectable 3-terminal/5-terminal (contact check) for each range ● Wide measurement range from small capacitance to large capacitance (20pF to 2mF range) ● 3 1/2 digit display and LO/GO/HI contact error output ● All functions can be controlled externally via GP-IB or RS-232C (optional) ● Printer output (Centronics interface standard equipped)
