This is a device that regenerates defective substrates generated during the manufacturing process of color filters for liquid crystal displays into raw glass substrates.
- Our company is a pioneer in the regeneration equipment for color filter substrates used in LCDs. - It is an extremely high cost-performance facility. - You can recover the investment costs in a short period. - We can provide appropriate process and specification proposals based on our extensive manufacturing track record. - We can propose everything from operational methods to process management methods. - We can accommodate mother glass from the 4th to the 8th generation (G4 to G8). - We remove layers from the BM & RGB layers (colored layers) to the transparent conductive layer (ITO) and the transparent resin layer (ASV layers such as PS/MVA) through appropriate processing steps.

Detailed information
-
G6 CF Substrate Regeneration Device This is a regeneration device for sixth-generation liquid crystal color filter substrates. It sequentially removes the transparent resin layer, ITO layer, and coloring layer to regenerate the raw glass substrate. Processing capacity: 9,000 pieces per month.
-
G6 CF regeneration device This is a photo of the CF peeling unit that removes the coloring layer. It efficiently peels off the laminated resin using a high-temperature alkaline solution and a specially shaped brush.
-
G6 CF regeneration device This is a photo of the ITO etching unit that removes the transparent conductive layer (ITO layer) on the color filter substrate using an oxidative liquid. It uses a corrosive fluid at around 70°C, resulting in a structure with high corrosion resistance.
-
G5 CF Stripping and Regeneration Device This is a color filter substrate regeneration device compatible with fifth-generation substrates. It removes laminated resin using a combination of high-temperature alkaline solutions and brushes.
-
G6 CF Reclamation Device This is a photo of the CF substrate reclamation device compatible with the 6th generation substrate. It is a unit for washing and drying the substrate after resin stripping.
-
ITO etching process This is the state of the substrate after the ITO layer has been removed. It is equipped with a special substrate detector that reliably detects the substrate in a highly corrosive processing environment.
-
BM&RGB stripping process This is a photo of the substrate immediately after the colored layer has been stripped away. To prevent the reattachment of stripping resin residues, scrub cleaning of both sides of the substrate is performed using two types of roll brushes with different diameters.
-
Final rinsing process This is a regenerated glass substrate from the final pure water rinsing process. The substrate after rinsing is dried using an air knife.
-
Resin Delamination State Diagram This is a diagram explaining how the colored layer of the color filter substrate is delaminated and removed over time. The time required for the colored layer to be removed is approximately 4 to 6 minutes.
