The high-frequency plasma surface treatment device "PHW-1000" (manufactured by Wedge) generates a non-electric field atmospheric pressure plasma using a unique high-frequency technology, high-frequency power supply, and high-pressure air under atmospheric pressure. By irradiating the non-electric field plasma generated from the plasma irradiation head onto the surface of the substrate, the substrate surface becomes activated, producing hydrophilic polar groups and achieving high wettability. As a result, the substrate surface improves foreign substance adhesion functions due to enhanced adhesion, printability, paintability, and coating properties.
