The plasma irradiation device (manufactured by Wedge) is a dedicated machine for surface treatment (modification) of substrates using a plasma shower irradiation device (manufactured by Wedge). It generates plasma discharge in the atmosphere using high-voltage plasma discharge and air. By directly irradiating the plasma discharge electrons onto the substrate surface, it creates hydrophilic polar groups on the substrate surface, imparting functions such as wettability, adhesion, printability, and coating properties.
