The CHD270 is a fully CNC-controlled carbide saw blade sharpening machine equipped with an automatic measuring device that includes a set for squareness angle and tip relief angle. As a standalone machine, it can handle not only squareness and tip grinding but also squareness R surface grinding and groove processing for metal cutting tools. Additionally, we offer a full automation system for 24-hour operation. It can also be combined with the side processing machine CHF270 for more economical saw manufacturing.
