【Features】 ○ A high-precision calibrated ball beam is mounted on the table of the machine tool in advance. ○ On the beam, ceramic balls with a diameter of 22mm are mounted at equal intervals of 50mm. ○ By pressing the innovative automatic centering "MF-Check Probe," which incorporates three sensors, against the ceramic balls, the coordinates of the center points of the balls can be measured with sub-micron precision. ○ This operation is automatically repeated, and by analyzing the obtained measurement results with the "MFCcheck software," positioning errors and straightness errors can be evaluated in accordance with ISO 230. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog or contact us.
