To improve measurement accuracy, the latest technology has been introduced in detail. In addition to three types of general-purpose probing tailored to various applications, we also offer various power supplies, digital options, and AC options to accommodate a wide range of devices. Furthermore, it is application-compatible with the SX-2100 series, which has been adopted by many customers, allowing for the sharing of test assets.

**Features** - The high-end model SX-SOSO is equipped with a maximum of 512 pin power supplies and can perform simultaneous measurements of two B devices. - All pin power supplies are equipped with an MCU, enabling faster program processing and reducing overhead time. - The SX-3000 series testers allow for parallel measurements of different types of devices as the test programs are executed asynchronously. - Calibration data is stored in the flash memory of the pin power supplies, eliminating the need for recalibration when swapping power supplies. - The standard pin power supply features two matrix lines, allowing for DHVI (150V/30mA or 60V/2A) output through those lines. - The high-precision voltmeter (PVM) enables high-accuracy measurements at 1mV (10V range). Additionally, it can be mounted on QNVI and QMVI without occupying basket slots. - The SX-3000 series testers provide a flexible testing environment through AC testing with PXI modules and a dedicated digital test unit.
