"Liquid Filling" is a device that can continuously perform liquid filling to band sealing for the world's first two-piece hard capsule on a LAB scale machine. By combining the filling process and the band sealing process into one, researchers can easily operate this compact device. The production rate can be adjusted from 400 pieces/hr to 3000 pieces/hr. It can be used across a wide range, from formulation research and clinical trials to small-scale production machines.
