Structure of the degassing device
There are many variations of degassers, but they basically consist of a vacuum chamber that houses hollow fiber membranes for gas/liquid separation, a vacuum pump, and a vacuum control unit to maintain the stability of the vacuum level in the chamber.

【Features】 ○ The degassing operation is extremely simple; just connect the piping from the liquid container to the degasser inlet and allow the liquid to flow through the internal hollow fiber membrane, and it will be degassed by the time it reaches the outlet. ○ While the liquid flow depends on an external total liquid pump, it is recommended to perform suction delivery at the degasser outlet side to prevent membrane damage due to clogging or abnormal pressure in the flow path. ○ There are models available with built-in delivery pumps or with gas-liquid separation membranes (degassing membranes). ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
