The industry's first simulator designed to replicate the complex loads and movements of the spine.
The functions of the biomedical testing lab, which serves a variety of purposes, have been enhanced. The "unidirectional load frame" can be used for testing biomaterials such as polyethylene, bone cement, and PEEK, as well as for testing soft tissues, calcified tissues, actual specimens, and syringes. Additionally, the "axial/torsional load frame" can be used for more extensive practical tests on the spine and buttocks. When embarking on tests for new applications, it often begins with devising new data collection algorithms, ultimately involving 50 to 60 steps in the testing process. However, using MTS software allows for smooth processing of such tasks. For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

MTS Japan, Inc. is the Japanese subsidiary of the American engineering company MTS Systems Corporation, which specializes in various testing equipment. For over 40 years, we have provided engineering consulting services to users in Japan, delivering earthquake simulation systems, automotive durability testing systems, aircraft fatigue testing equipment, and various material testing devices to public institutions, universities, and private companies in our country. All of these systems play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of their operations and are indispensable when it comes to "manufacturing" products. MTS Japan, Inc. was established in June 1972 with a 50% investment from MTS Systems Corporation. In May 1975, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and in 1981, we established the Nagoya branch (now the West Japan branch) to strengthen our sales and support system, which continues to this day. Through collaboration with MTS, we achieve optimization of design, improvement of productivity, and reduction of time to market for our customers' products.
