Energy-saving low-pressure loss cleaner
The opening and closing mechanism of the inlet orifice (PAT.P) makes it easy to form the appropriate differential pressure. It enables economical operation with low energy loss (achieving approximately 25% energy savings compared to general cleaners... appropriate differential pressure = 0.5 Kg/cm²). The central core formed in the center of the primary cleaner is discharged from the upper center. This degassing mechanism allows for the smooth removal of air and soft materials from the pulp liquid. The secondary cleaner, which forms a forced vortex, reactivates the vortex energy consumed in the primary chamber, further enhancing the ability to separate foreign substances. The combination of the primary and secondary cleaners easily achieves the appropriate tail ratio. By fully automating the discharge, it has eliminated the need for manual labor in the removal of foreign substances.
