FF resin (TP bind)
Durable permeable resin pavement made of fibrous compound resin. It can be directly applied to crushed stone bases and has excellent permeability! It can be opened and made walkable in a short time (about three hours at room temperature).
★ Since it is solidified with fibers, it can be directly applied to crushed stone bases. ★ Using natural stone makes it ideal for landscape preservation. ★ The pavement solidified with resin allows rainwater to seep into the base (soil). ★ The surface temperature of the top layer in summer is nearly 10 degrees lower compared to asphalt. It also has sound-absorbing effects. Watering in summer has a significant effect (dogs won't leave that area). ★ Various industrial waste materials can be transformed into pavement. For example, rubber (waste tires), wine glasses, waste plastics, thinned wood, scallops, rice husks, and organic waste (melted slag). ★ The safety is very high as it uses epoxy resin that is also used in water supply and drainage systems. ★ The construction time (curing time) allows for walkability in about three hours at room temperature. ★ With a thickness of 3 cm for the surface layer, vehicles can pass. ★ It is also utilized as a root prevention and weed prevention pavement for planting areas.

- Permeability Rainwater permeates into the crushed stone of the subbase. It is a true permeable pavement. - Clogging The void ratio is large at 20-30%. Clogging due to aging hardly occurs. - Strength There is no dripping, and the surface strength is high. The bending strength is 8.9 MPa (about three times that of permeable cement). It has excellent resistance to aggregate scattering and peeling. - Thickness Thickness can range from 10mm to 200mm. Depending on the aggregate, it can be up to 300mm. - Aggregate Most materials can be solidified. Thinning wood and industrial waste generated locally can also be used as aggregate. Examples: Thinning wood, scallops, waste tires, waste plastics, wine glasses, rice husks, melting slag, etc. - Construction Uses a rake and decorative plywood. By covering with decorative plywood and compacting from above, an even and neat leveling can be achieved. After construction at room temperature, it can be walked on in about 3 hours. - Repair Repairs can be done even in 1cm squares, and it is easy to repair. Simply mix the aggregate with the binder and press it into the crack to complete the repair.
