This is a notch processing machine that automatically performs notch cutting on Charpy impact test specimens and Izod impact test specimens. It enables high-precision notch processing with minimal burrs.
● This is a machining machine for notching that performs notching cutting processing on Charpy and Izod impact test specimens based on the notching processing conditions specified in JIS K 7144 and ISO 2819. ● It is possible to set and register processing conditions (such as cutting depth per pass and feed rate) according to the material of the test specimen. ● High-precision notching cutting processing can be achieved in increments of 0.01 mm using a pulse motor. ● In addition to notching cutting processing for impact test specimens, the A-4 type can also cut out test specimens for impact, bending, creep, etc., from JIS K 7139 and ISO 3167 multi-purpose test specimens (A-type dumbbell) (both end slice/side cut). ● The dimensions of the notch cutter tip and the actual notch dimensions of the processed samples are inspected and managed using a contour measurement machine.
