**Features** ◆ Spinning high uniformity, high-quality nanofibers By using unique technology to establish a stable electric field, we can spin nanofibers with high uniformity in fiber diameter and minimal droplets. ◆ Easy programming with a numeric keypad Parameters such as high voltage, solution capacity, feed rate, syringe diameter, collector rotation speed, spinneret width, traverse speed, and cleaning frequency/interval can be easily programmed using the numeric keypad. ◆ Easy-to-remove system parts Both the spinneret and collector can be quickly and easily exchanged and installed. ◆ Spinning highly oriented alignment films By utilizing an optional φ200mm drum collector or disk collector, highly oriented alignment films (with an orientation angle of less than 5 degrees depending on the material) can be produced. ◆ Equipped with an automatic cleaning mechanism It has a cleaning mechanism for the needle tip, and the frequency and interval can be programmed. ◆ Thorough safety measures Safety measures include door interlocks, emergency stop functions, indicator lights, the use of reinforced glass, and rapid disconnection of high voltage, ensuring comprehensive safety. In 1973, during the era of rising prices due to the oil shock, a company specializing in the maintenance of medical equipment was established in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, there were only three employees. This marked the beginning of MECC.
