ESM Series Nano Fiber Electrospinning Device for Medical and Healthcare Use
MECC Electrospinning System for Medical and Healthcare
For the production of nanofibers aimed at the development of artificial blood vessels and stents. High-quality nanofiber tubes can be produced using the electrospinning method.
The ESM series is a nanofiber electrospinning device developed for medical and healthcare applications. It is capable of spinning nanofibers with uniform fiber diameters and membrane thicknesses into various shapes using a variety of polymers. Recently, there has been growing interest in the production of tubes for medical applications such as artificial blood vessels and stents, as well as in nanofiber sheets made from hyaluronic acid and collagen for healthcare purposes. This device uses a HEPA filter at the air intake, and almost all components inside the chamber are made of highly antibacterial stainless materials or are uncoated and low-dust materials. Additionally, movable parts are installed outside the chamber to minimize dust generation.

Company information
In 1973, during the era of rising prices due to the oil shock, a company specializing in the maintenance of medical equipment was established in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, there were only three employees. This marked the beginning of MECC. Eventually, they completed the "biological phenomenon recording device" that they had been developing alongside their maintenance work. This device is still in production today and is actively used in many hospitals across the country. Currently, they are developing inspection equipment for LCD and organic EL panels. They are challenging themselves to quickly and accurately respond to the diverse needs of users around the world with new technology development. Additionally, leveraging their long-standing achievements and technical expertise, they are expanding into cable television and high-speed internet communication business areas. They aspire to build a vibrant city suitable for a highly information-oriented society, fostering a community where people from various parts of the world can communicate.
