This is a vulcanization testing machine (rotorless rheometer/MDR) for evaluating the vulcanization characteristics of rubber. Fully automated testing is also possible with the optional sample automatic loading and unloading device.
● The sample chamber die can be selected in addition to the flat die specification, also in a conical die specification. ● By installing the automatic sample loading and unloading device* (pin type or film type) and the data processing device*, full automation (continuous testing of 84 samples) is possible. This contributes to labor-saving and efficiency in measurement tasks. (*Optional) ● By installing options for foam pressure measurement and tan δ measurement functions, you can obtain more physical properties of rubber. *The photo includes the automatic sample loading and unloading device (optional).
