This is an antibacterial plastic containing silver nanoparticles. Unlike traditional antibacterial materials that use silver ion systems with silver carriers, it does not alter the physical properties of the plastic, allowing for applications in microfiber and transparent films. Our antibacterial masterbatch is a new antibacterial raw material that can produce antibacterial plastics with relatively low cost, excellent antibacterial durability, and safety.

The antibacterial material contained in this product's antibacterial plastic is silver organic acid, which is safe for both humans and the environment, with a melting point of 120-130°C and is a light brown powder. (Safety data for acute oral toxicity, primary skin irritation, mutagenicity, and skin sensitization have been obtained.) The amount of antibacterial material added is approximately 0.5% of the weight of the plastic material, with additional flow paraffin or magnesium stearate added as needed. (Usage) By mixing 10% antibacterial masterbatch into the plastic material and then heating and molding it, antibacterial plastic products can be created. * Suitable plastic materials include polyolefin resins such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), which can be molded at temperatures below 250°C, various olefin-based elastomers, polystyrene (PS) resin, and polyvinyl chloride resin.
