● A small amount of sample (4-5 cm³) can be used for kneading evaluation tests (dispersion, wetting, reaction, crosslinking, absorption, etc.). ● A powerful kneading test can be conducted using a gear-type co-rotating blade based on the principle of a twin-screw extruder. ● The strength of kneading can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the sample by rearranging the disk phase of the blade. ● Simple vacuum (degasification), N2 purging (to prevent oxidative degradation) tests, and internal observation (visualization) of kneading are available as options.
