The software adopts an open architecture structure, allowing for different measurement methods for each item being measured, and enabling flexible configuration of test items, processes, and parameters. Furthermore, it is equipped with an extension function for measurement items, allowing for the extraction of necessary measurement items from the results and the editing of reports. The 8900 can significantly improve measurement speed by avoiding redundant control commands through its unique measurement command technology. As a highly efficient automatic inspection system, it offers excellent scalability of measurement data through its superior measurement editing capabilities, along with statistical analysis and data management functions.
