High Concentration Oxygen Dissolution Device - Oxygen Fighter

It is a gas dissolution device that replaces the conventional aeration method. It was born from the reverse idea of passing water through gas. The highest amount of dissolved oxygen in water under natural conditions is 14.62 ppm at a water temperature of 0°C. It creates a world that far exceeds this at room temperature, with levels of 20.0 to over 40.0 ppm. In rivers and lakes, it creates a saturated state of dissolved oxygen near the bottom of the water, promoting the activation of aerobic microorganisms. In the purification of industrial wastewater, high concentrations of dissolved oxygen have made it possible to handle high-load, high-density activated sludge (microorganisms). It is also used for the dissolution of gases other than oxygen, such as CO₂ (carbon dioxide), O₃ (ozone), H₂ (hydrogen gas), and N₂ (nitrogen gas).

This device is filled with gas (gases) for the purpose of dissolution. (It is necessary to prepare a gas cylinder or various gas generation devices.) Raw water is passed through the device using a pump. (Please select a pump that meets the water flow standards for each model.) During operation, the device is adjusted to maintain a constant pressure state (slightly higher than atmospheric pressure, between 0.02 MPa and 0.1 MPa). Automatic control of gas supply, with the opening and closing of the solenoid valve managed by a water level sensor, is also possible. The gas that was dissolved in water under atmospheric pressure is replaced with the gas (single element) intended for dissolution. The capacity of this device has a dissolution ability approximately 4.8 times greater for oxygen (O₂) and about 2800 times greater for carbon dioxide (CO₂) compared to atmospheric dissolution. Our company sets the performance standard for oxygen (O₂) dissolution at 25.0 ppm/pass at room temperature, but by circulating the water source and this device, the theoretical dissolution values mentioned above can be achieved.

At Daiei Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Environmental Division, we propose a high-concentration oxygen dissolution device as an alternative to conventional aeration methods. We aim to contribute to the establishment of a healthy social environment by utilizing this oxygen dissolution technology. In rivers and lakes, we create a saturated dissolved oxygen state near the bottom, promoting the activation of aerobic microbial communities.
