The new decorative molding technology applies vacuum pressure molding techniques, enabling vacuum forming and adhesive coating of plastic sheets onto injection-molded products with high precision and in a short time. Compared to conventional decorative molding, it achieves uniform temperature across the entire sheet, significantly reducing molding time and running costs. It realizes high-precision printing positioning, contributing to improved yield. It is suitable for automotive parts, home appliances, computers, and smartphones. 【Regarding Prototyping】 By applying vacuum pressure molding technology, processing of resin panels is possible, allowing for various prototypes of resin as a glass alternative. Thick plates can undergo vacuum forming and thermal bending, while thin sheets (films) can be tested with insert molding preforms and coating molding.
