The smallest in our lineup. Built-in bypass circuit reduces energy loss.
The Soft Starter PSR Compact 3-105A is the smallest in our lineup of soft starters, allowing for a compact design of the starting device itself. The combination of a manual motor starter and PSR enables a design that is significantly more compact than, for example, a star-delta starter. By incorporating a bypass circuit, energy loss is reduced, connections are simplified, and setups that were previously difficult can now be adjusted with just three potentiometers. The optimized slope characteristics ensure very smooth starting and stopping in all applications. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us. The Japanese homepage for ABB Soft Starters has been launched. You can access the ABB Soft Starters Japanese page from the product and solution special page on the ABB Japan homepage. Information about ABB Soft Starters is available in Japanese, so please take a look at that as well.
