We will confirm whether the customer's research and development theme is compatible with the spray head and spray coater. We will primarily support the customer's research and development by focusing on material selection and setting difficult conditions. When development progresses and equipment is needed for production and mass production, we will first propose our equipment. In other words, you can verify the coating without purchasing equipment during the research and development phase. This allows for high-level development without unnecessary investment when conducting initial research and development. If you are having trouble formulating a wide range of parameters, such as various conditions for development, please use prototype sampling to finalize the conditions. Spray coater heads and thin film coating equipment are customized and manufactured to meet customer needs, ranging from small to large sizes and from R&D to mass production. This is a coating head developed specifically for coating dispersion liquids. The thin film coating device (spray coater) that employs this head is a thin film formation device that layers wet spray particles, allowing for easy application on substrates with uneven surfaces and three-dimensional (3D) shapes. It is applied in electronic devices, sensor devices, MEMS, thermal heads, quartz devices, and more. Our company has a long history of successful coating prototype services, and the thin film coating devices that incorporate this know-how have received positive feedback.
