We are one of the few companies in the Kansai region that offers contract surface laser marking services.
Follow uneven surfaces and three-dimensional shapes World's first: Variable focal length Control the minimum spot position at any distance with three-dimensional laser control on the X, Y, and Z axes. It is possible to set the focal length at a width of 42mm while maintaining the planar accuracy of the printing area.

basic information
World's First: Variable Spot Size Unlike conventional defocusing methods for adjusting spot size, this technology allows for printing fine and bold characters at any desired spot size without changing coordinates or character size. It enables maximum use of the area while maintaining uniform character quality, particularly effective for printing shallow and thick lines on electronic components and for defocusing to make characters black on metal. World's First: 3D Printing Equipped with a 3-Axis function that controls the laser spot in three dimensions according to the shape of the object, such as steps, inclined surfaces, cylinders, and cones. It minimizes character distortion and fading to the utmost limit. Beautiful printing that perfectly fits three-dimensional shapes, which was not possible with previous laser markers, is now achievable. Easy 3D Setting Software Dedicated software that achieves ultimate operability. By using the dedicated software "Marking Builder 2," it enables easy layout of complex shapes.

Applications/Examples of results
Sharp engraving is possible on curved and stepped surfaces of metal, non-ferrous, and resin materials. Since it is marked with a laser, coloring cannot be done unlike printing, but it will not peel off with organic solvents. Marking is performed in a single process on curved and stepped surfaces, which is not possible with 2D lasers or pad printing.
Company information
Kansai Manufacturing New Selection - Designation - Skill Osaka Prefecture Manufacturing Excellence Award - Artisan Osaka Prefecture Intellectual Property Division Award - Knowledge Yao Chamber of Commerce and Industry New Technology/New Product Development Excellent Small and Medium Enterprises Award - Recipient Production of heat-resistant nameplates (name plates) made from SUS304 base material, capable of continuous use at 800°C and up to 1000°C. Various parts trays that require heating are printed with QR codes and undergo coating treatment, enabling quality and mass production management in high-temperature heating environments. QR code recognition with smartphones has been made possible. By simply applying it before brazing, it prevents metal burning and discoloration, reducing post-process cleaning and buffing steps. Corrosion prevention - Coating treatment for stainless steel products in coastal areas is possible, preventing metal corrosion due to salt damage. Chemical resistance - Excellent acid resistance, demonstrating chemical resistance from pH 1 to pH 11 in the alkaline range. Insulation - Exhibits insulation and coating effects on metal surfaces, with 5μ + 2 at DC/500V/∞. Heat resistance - Compatible with temperatures ranging from 200°C to 2000°C across various grades.
