The sensors are available in various types including electromagnetic, electromagnetic eddy current, and inductive types, compatible with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We offer a wide range of products, from low-cost options that are easy to teach to those that can support various field buses, tailored to different applications. For ferrous materials, they can detect up to a thickness of 8mm, and for non-ferrous materials, up to 15mm. It is widely used primarily in automotive stamping press factories and automotive parts suppliers for destackers and conveyor arrangements. The weight of the sensor, including the bracket, is lightweight, allowing for smooth attachment and operation on robots. Additionally, in the case of contact-type sensors, the controller can connect up to four sensors, enabling the placement of individual sensors for various component shapes, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the work.
