Ceramic Armor Coating is a ceramic coating developed by Shine Craft. It is an environmentally friendly coating that is non-toxic and harmless, made from high-purity natural inorganic minerals (ceramics) using a liquid inorganic ceramic coating material manufactured based on the sol-gel process. It excels in release properties, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance, and is effective for household and commercial cooking utensils, as well as various food and industrial manufacturing equipment. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The nature of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick properties, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. Usage conditions (e.g., temperature, chemicals, wear conditions, etc.) *If possible, providing drawings would be beneficial for estimating purposes.

basic information
It has passed safety tests under the Food Sanitation Act and U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and possesses non-stick properties equivalent to fluorine. The hardness of the coating exceeds that of fluorine, reaching between H and 2H, and can reach up to 5H to 9H depending on the substrate. The firing temperature can also be set below 180°C, making it possible to process substrates that have previously abandoned fluorine.
