It is an environmentally friendly coating that is non-toxic and harmless, made from high-purity refined natural inorganic minerals (ceramics) using a sol-gel process to produce a liquid-based inorganic ceramic coating material. It excels not only in release properties but also in heat resistance and abrasion resistance, proving effective for household and commercial cooking utensils, as well as various food and industrial manufacturing equipment. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The properties of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. It has passed safety tests under the Food Sanitation Act and the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and possesses non-stick properties equivalent to fluorine. The hardness of the coating exceeds that of fluorine, reaching between H and 2H, and can achieve hardness levels of 5H to 9H depending on the substrate. The firing temperature can also be set below 180°C, making it possible to process substrates that have previously abandoned fluorine.
