High-frequency welding processing is a type of thermal treatment that fuses materials together, enabling the rapid production of high-quality products. There are two types of thermal treatment: "external heating" and "internal heating." High-frequency welding processing involves the material itself acting as a heating element, which falls under "internal heating" as it is heated from within the object. By vibrating the molecules only at the points where the molds make contact, the materials are fused together, resulting in a bonding surface that is significantly cleaner than that achieved through external heating welding. This method also allows for the delivery of high-quality processed products in a shorter time frame.
