Injection temperature of SH-1 In high-temperature water injection exceeding 80°C, heat coils are used, but the drawback of this heater is that the injection temperature is unstable. Therefore, at SUMOTO, we have made it possible to achieve continuous cleaning at a very stable temperature by controlling combustion in two stages: high combustion and low combustion. Even if we boast about high-temperature water in the catalog, if the injection temperature is unstable, efficient and uniform cleaning cannot be achieved.

Dissolving stubborn dirt with high-temperature water Even at a low water pressure of 5 MPa, high-temperature water dissolves dirt, providing powerful cleaning capabilities. Using high-temperature water at this level of water pressure results in minimal splashing of the sprayed water, allowing the high-temperature water to efficiently penetrate the dirt on the cleaning surface, demonstrating strong cleaning power even at low water pressure. While steam is effective for degreasing cleaning, it has the disadvantage of lacking force due to its gaseous state and experiencing significant temperature loss, which results in a very limited cleaning area. Additionally, it does not have the power to wash away dissolved dirt like high-temperature water does.

Removing stubborn dirt with high-temperature water. This shows the high-temperature water cleaning of the exterior of our cleaning machine, which has been in use for nearly 30 years. Dirt like this, which contains grease, cannot be removed by scrubbing with a wire brush, but it was almost instantly removed with the high-temperature water cleaning of this machine. Instead of relying on force, it breaks down grease stains with temperature, cleaning effectively with the minimum necessary amount of water and pressure. Due to the high water temperature, it dries immediately after cleaning.

High-Temperature Water Cleaning with Rotary Nozzle The maximum injection temperature of the rotary jet nozzle is up to 80°C, but it can be used with this machine for a short period of time. Since it sprays in a straight line, there is less temperature loss after spraying, and the impact force increases, making it effective for degreasing cleaning as well. Additionally, by using a larger nozzle, the injection temperature decreases to 80°C, but it still maintains a very stable temperature and, with the advantages of a straight-line nozzle, demonstrates more than sufficient cleaning capability as a 100V cleaning machine.

Removal of moss and mold Moss and mold that adhere to concrete and stone are difficult to remove even with scrubbing using a brush or wire brush, but they can be easily removed with high-pressure washing. You can also remove them with small hobby cleaning machines sold at home improvement stores, but using a hot water system allows for removal even when the nozzle is held further away from the cleaning surface. Especially on surfaces with many irregularities, hot water with low surface tension can clean concave areas very effectively.

Since the development of Japan's first steam cleaner in 1952, we have not viewed cleaning machines merely as tools for cleaning, but rather as partners in improving the global environment. We have thoroughly pursued not only performance aspects such as efficiency, functionality, and durability, but also the development and production of cleaning machines powered by clean energy, as well as pollution-free disposal and reuse. Through this pioneering spirit and accumulation of technology, we have achieved an exhaust emission value that is nearly zero, even with kerosene-powered models. Furthermore, we have developed environmentally friendly hot water cleaning machines such as the "Yusen," a clean, safe, and quiet high-pressure hot water cleaner powered by nighttime electricity, and the gas-powered high-pressure hot water cleaner "Gas Wash."
