We perform precise cleaning of delicate gravure cylinders with an environmentally friendly, weak alkaline cleaning agent without using solvents. The gravure cylinders removed from the printing machine are placed on a cart for transportation and then combined with this fully automatic one-cycle gravure cylinder cleaning machine, simply by pressing a button. The machine automatically chucks the gravure cylinder, transports it to the cleaning tank, and performs powerful ultrasonic cleaning while rotating. After that, it wipes down in an intermediate process, and covering with a protective sheet is also easy. It automatically returns to the cart. This is the industry's first compact one-cycle automatic gravure cylinder cleaning device, a long-awaited low-cost automatic machine in the industry.

The ultrasonic cleaning is performed using Blue Star R&D's unique wide-band simultaneous multi-wave oscillation ultrasonic technology, ranging from 25 kHz to 535 kHz, providing powerful and uniform cleaning without any inconsistencies. [Feature 2] Everything from the cylinder chuck to the cleaning process is automatic. You won't struggle to carry heavy items or worry about setting them in the cleaning tank. Simply bring the cylinder to the tray, set it in the designated position, and press the automatic push button. After cleaning, it automatically returns to the starting point. Customers only need to move the tray to the storage location. [Feature 3] Compact design allows for installation against a wall, saving space. The maintenance filter is located on the left side, while the control and management touch panel is on the right side. It operates automatically in one cycle, but retains the excellent cleaning power characteristic of our traditional gravure cylinder cleaning devices. Maintenance mainly involves cleaning the filter. The touch panel provides clear information about the device's operational status, making it an easy-to-understand and safe control system.
