Using highly wear-resistant tool steel, stable grinding particles can be obtained even when processing glass-filled materials for an extended period. The grinding fixed blades are coated with titanium, further extending their lifespan. The input runners are crushed to the specified size in just one pass through the coarse and fine grinding blades, which helps prevent over-grinding. Additionally, the unique comb-tooth grinding blades do not produce miscuts. Moreover, being screenless prevents clogging. When the covers on both sides are opened, the internal coarse and fine grinding blades are fully visible, allowing for perfect cleaning during material changes. An air cleaning function that automatically cleans the interior is also available as an option.
