There are those who process everything with Excel and sit in front of their computers for long hours, convinced that they are "utilizing IT," a phenomenon I call the "Excel Syndrome." There are also those who blindly follow vendors, introducing excessive systems and paying substantial lease fees every month, akin to "buying a Benz for food delivery." To such individuals, I would like to propose an ideal approach to IT utilization for small and medium-sized enterprises, providing "tailored" systems and services that fit their needs.
