Powerful vibrations are generated in water to clean and process the workpiece. The common method for generating vibrations is by using ultrasound. However, because ultrasound has a high frequency, its amplitude is small. In other words, due to its weak power, vibrations can be transmitted to hard materials like metal, but for soft workpieces such as fabrics and non-woven materials, the amplitude is absorbed by the workpiece, and the vibrations do not transmit effectively. In this regard, the vibration frequency of the "FV Washer" is lower than that of ultrasound, but its larger amplitude effectively vibrates the workpiece.
